IHSG Rebounds Supported by the Industrial and Commodity Sectors; Check Out the Top 3 Performing Stocks in the LQ45

Jakarta, VIVA - The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) rebounded in the first trading session on Wednesday, 25 February 2026. The IHSG strengthened by 0.60 per cent, or 49.29 points, to reach 8,330.13.

The IHSG’s movement was observed to be within the range of 8,260 to 8,373, with the latter being the highest intraday point of today’s trading. The transaction value was recorded at Rp 16.58 trillion, with a transaction volume reaching Rp 29.75 billion from a total of 1.68 million transactions.

Almost all stock sectors recorded positive results in line with the IHSG’s rebound. The transportation sector was the only one that experienced a correction of 2.09 per cent.

Several key sectors supported the IHSG’s surge. The industrial sector jumped 2.04 per cent, the consumer cyclical sector rose 1.93 per cent, and the basic materials sector strengthened by 1.56 per cent.

From a technical perspective, the Phintraco Sekuritas Analyst Team assessed that the IHSG closed intraday above the dynamic support of MA5, which is at the 8,300 level. From the perspective of modern indicators, the MACD shows a widening positive histogram, which indicates strengthening buying momentum in the short term.

“Considering the combination of trend and momentum indicators, we estimate that the IHSG has the potential to move in the range of 8,300 to 8,350 in the second trading session today,” said the Phintraco Sekuritas Analyst Team in its daily research report on Wednesday, 25 February 2026.

Phintraco Sekuritas also reported the issuers that successfully recorded the highest price increases. Here are the top three performing stocks in the 45 leading stock index (LQ45).

Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP)

INKP shares soared by double digits, increasing by 12.14 per cent, or 1,250 points, to reach 11,550.

PT Alamtri Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR)

ADMR shares strengthened by 5.45 per cent, or 110 points, to 2,130.

PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO)

INCO shares recorded an increase of 4.64 per cent, or 325 points, to 7,325.
