IHSG Opens Weaker Today at Level 6,763.94

The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) opened weaker at the start of trading today, Wednesday (13/5/2026). The IHSG opened at the position of 6,763.94, lower than the previous close at the level of 6,858.90. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) around 09:02 WIB, the IHSG fell 1.31% or 89.94 points to the level of 6,768.96. Throughout the early trading session, the index moved in the range of 6,741.60 to 6,771.76. Trading frequency was recorded at 139,300 transactions. Market capitalisation was in the range of Rp 11,926 trillion. A total of 155 stocks strengthened, 339 stocks weakened, and 465 stocks remained unchanged. This composition shows that the majority of stocks are in the red zone. KOMPAS100 also fell 1.47% to the position of 902.22, while IDX30 dropped 0.62% to the level of 374.57. Meanwhile, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) also weakened by 1.45% to the position of 442.99, and the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) fell 1.41% to 244.44.
