IHSG Fails to Extend Gains, Foreign Investors Shed These 10 Stocks
The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) failed to extend its rally after two consecutive days of gains. In trading on Thursday (11/6/2026), the index closed down 0.28% at 5,886.03.
A total of 265 stocks advanced, 419 declined, and 131 remained unchanged. Transaction value reached Rp22.27 trillion, with a trading volume of 33.65 billion shares across 2.37 million transactions.
Foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp252.65 billion across all markets and Rp260.61 billion in the regular market. Meanwhile, foreign buying in the negotiation and cash markets amounted to Rp8.95 billion.

Notably, the net foreign sell volume shrank. On the two previous trading days, net foreign sell had reached Rp2.45 trillion and Rp3.13 trillion, respectively. Despite the large net foreign sell on those two days, the IHSG actually surged, rising 7.57% on 9 June and 2.71% on 10 June 2026. This rally marked a turning point after the index had been pressured down to the 5,300 level.
