IHSG Continues to Strengthen, Foreign Investors Unload These 10 Stocks
The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) continued its upward trend on the second trading day of July. The index closed 0.87% higher, gaining 49.44 points to reach 5,744.56 on Thursday (2/7/2026).
Trading activity was relatively quiet, with a transaction value of only Rp11.14 trillion, involving 20.50 billion shares that changed hands 1.51 million times. A total of 395 stocks advanced, 219 declined, and 169 remained unchanged.
Throughout the trading session, foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp237.53 billion across all markets and a net sell of Rp322.69 billion in the regular market. Conversely, foreign investors booked a net buy of Rp84.82 billion in the negotiation and cash markets.
