“Herewith we announce Material Information that on 23 February 2026, PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (‘the Company’) has received a resignation request letter from Ignasius Jonan from his position as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company,” stated management on Wednesday (25/2/2026).

The announcement references the Financial Services Authority Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Publicly-Listed Companies or Public Companies (POJK No. 33/2014).

It also references the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Material Information Disclosure or Material Facts by Publicly-Listed Companies or Public Companies (POJK No. 31/2015).

Additionally, it references the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E on Information Disclosure Obligations (BEI Regulation No. I-E) and the Articles of Association of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk.

Following the resignation, the Company will convene a General Shareholders Meeting within a maximum of 60 calendar days from receipt of the resignation request letter.
