This Ramadan, Adara is once again channelling aid to various regions in Palestine, including the Gaza Strip. This year, aid from Adara’s supporters is being distributed in the form of iftar meals, basic necessities, Eid gifts, and clean water, which are also provided to healthcare workers and patients at Asy-Syifa Hospital in Gaza City, Palestine. A total of 2,250 portions were distributed on Monday (23/2). In addition, Adara continues to roll out other aid until Eid al-Fitr through the KOLAK (Kolaborasi Kebaikan) Ramadan Adara programme. “Thank you to all Adara’s supporters for this trust. May with this iftar food donation, we receive the reward of fasting for those who are struggling in the blessed land,” said Latifah Hariawati, Director of Programmes and Distribution at Adara Relief International, on Friday (20/3). Adara is once again intensifying Palestinian and Baitul Maqdis education. This year, more than 350 education points with nearly 60,000 participants serve as amplification for Adara’s education efforts. “Alhamdulillah, Adara has completed the KOLAK Ramadan education programme. The education conducted is a form of socialisation about the current situation in Palestine to understand the essence and importance of Palestine for Muslims. Without education, it is feared that this struggle will not be complete, not encompassing all aspects, both history and the creed of Al-Aqsa. May this education add to the insights of Muslims regarding Palestinian education,” said Adara Relief International’s CEO Maryam Rachmayani.
