Ifishdeco (IFSH) Declares Rp50 Billion Dividend, Equivalent to Rp26 per Share
JAKARTA — PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH), a nickel mining company, has decided to pay a cash dividend of Rp50 billion, or Rp26 per share, from net profit for the financial year 2025. The decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Monday, 18 May 2026.
Muhammad Ishaq, President Director of Ifishdeco, said the dividend amount equates to around 69.32 percent of the profit attributable to the parent entity. ‘Rp26 per share or Rp50 billion in total, representing about 69.32 percent of the profit for the year 2025, to be distributed as cash dividends to the company’s shareholders,’ Ishaq said on Monday, 18 May 2026.
For 2025, IFSH recorded revenue of Rp1 trillion, an increase of 2.90 percent from the previous year. In line with the revenue growth, net profit attributable to owners of the parent stood at Rp106.515 billion, up 6.39 percent from Rp100.1 billion the year before. ‘The remainder will be recorded as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s working capital,’ Ishaq added.
He said the company will continue to strengthen its business fundamentals and maintain sustainable operations amid the dynamics of global nickel prices.
The meeting also appointed Tariani and Kevin Christianto as directors of the company, effective from the closing of the meeting.
