IFishdeco AGM approves Rp50 billion dividend payout

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The nickel mining company PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH) in the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) approved a cash dividend of Rp26 per share or Rp50 billion for the 2025 fiscal year. The dividend payout ratio (DPR) for the company is 69.32 percent of net profit amounting to Rp106.5 billion in 2025. ‘(Net profit) the remainder is recorded as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s working capital,’ said President Director Muhammad Ishaq in official remarks in Jakarta, on Tuesday. In the AGM, shareholders also accepted the resignation of Ryan Fong Jaya as commissioner, and appointed Tariani and Kevin Christianto as directors, effective from the close of the meeting.
