IFG Life Provides Credit Life Insurance at Danantara Housing Expo 2026 to Strengthen Housing Financing Ecosystem
PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life), a member of IFG, the state-owned holding for insurance, guarantee and investment, is providing credit life insurance protection for people seeking home ownership financing through the Danantara Housing Expo 2026.
The service forms part of a synergy between IFG Life and member banks of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) in delivering integrated financing and protection for the public.
Director of Individual Business and concurrently Acting Director of Corporate Business at IFG Life, Fabiola Noralita, said that home ownership is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person’s life. Therefore, protection against risks that could affect a debtor’s ability to meet their obligations is an essential part of creating sustainable housing finance.
“Through this collaboration with Himbara banks at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, IFG Life is providing credit life insurance as part of a comprehensive financing ecosystem,” Fabiola said in a statement on Monday, 3 August 2026.
The collaboration reflects IFG Life’s commitment to supporting synergy among state-owned enterprises within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem to deliver integrated financial services. In line with its commitment to protect people at every stage of life, IFG Life believes that access to decent housing must be supported by adequate financial protection so that people can build their future with greater peace of mind and confidence.
“We want to ensure that people not only gain access to financing to own a home, but also receive protection that gives their families peace of mind,” she added.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will be held from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in PIK, as part of Danantara Indonesia’s support for the 3 Million Homes Programme.
The exhibition will feature more than 200,000 housing units from state-owned and private developers, supported by a range of financing alternatives that can be tailored to people’s financial capacity. The programmes on offer include down payments starting from 1%, interest rates from 2.75%, tenors of up to 30 years, and step-up instalment schemes, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
