Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is closely monitoring the trading pattern of PT Asia Sejahtera Mina Tbk (AGAR) following an Unusual Market Activity (UMA) announcement today, Friday (17/7/2026). The stock was flagged due to a significant and unexplained price increase.

Citing market data, AGAR shares jumped 25% to Rp505 per share in today’s trading session. Over the past month, the stock has climbed 129.55%, bringing its year-to-date gain to 112.18%.

In its official statement, the exchange emphasised that the UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations. “In connection with the UMA on AGAR shares, we wish to convey that the Exchange is currently observing the development of this stock’s transaction pattern,” IDX management stated.

The exchange advised investors to pay close attention to the listed company’s response to the exchange’s confirmation request, to scrutinise the company’s performance and information disclosures, and to review any corporate action plans that have not yet received approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders. Investors were also urged to consider various potential outcomes before making any investment decisions.
