IDX Suspends Trading of ALKA and BKDP Shares Following Sharp Price Surge
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has temporarily halted trading (suspension) in the shares of PT Alakasa Industrindo Tbk (ALKA) and PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk (BKDP) following a significant cumulative price increase in both issuers.
The measure was taken as a form of protection for investors, particularly holders of ALKA and BKDP shares.
The temporary suspension of trading in the two issuers’ shares applies to the regular and cash markets from the pre-opening session on 29 July 2026 until a further announcement from the Exchange.
“The Exchange urges all interested parties to always pay attention to the information disclosures provided by the Company,” the management wrote in an IDX information disclosure on Wednesday (29 July 2026).
In addition, BEI has also suspended trading in the KIK Premier ETF Indonesia Consumer mutual fund (XIIC), which is listed on the collective investment contract mutual fund participation unit board.
“We can inform you that PT Indo Premier Investment Management as Investment Manager and Deutsche Bank AG, Jakarta Branch as Custodian Bank of the KIK Premier ETF Indonesia Consumer mutual fund (XIIC) plan to dissolve and liquidate XIIC,” the BEI management wrote.
The suspension of the KIK Premier ETF Indonesia Consumer mutual fund (XIIC) applies across all markets effective from Session I of securities trading on 28 July 2026, until a further announcement from the Exchange.
“The Exchange requests that interested parties always pay attention to the information disclosures provided by the Company,” it concluded.
