IDX Suspends Trading in 71 Issuers Over Late Financial Reports
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced the temporary suspension of trading for several issuers that have failed to meet their obligations regarding the submission of Audited Annual Financial Statements as of 3lag 31 December 2025.
Based on monitoring results up to 29 June 2026, there are 71 listed companies that have not yet submitted their financial reports. “Based on our monitoring, as of 29 June 2026, there are 71 listed companies that have not submitted their Audited Annual Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025 and/or have not paid fines for the late submission of financial reports,” the IDX management stated in a public disclosure on Wednesday (1/7/2026).
The IDX explained that, in accordance with the provisions of Exchange Regulation Number I-H regarding Sanctions, listed companies are required to submit their audited annual financial statements on time. Previously, the Exchange had issued a Third Written Warning and imposed a fine of Rp150 million on companies that failed to submit financial reports and/or failed to pay fines for such delays.
