IDX States 16 Companies in IPO Queue
Jakarta - PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced that as of 17 April 2026, there are 16 companies registered in the pipeline for initial public offerings (IPOs). This information was conveyed by the company in a press release in Jakarta yesterday.
Throughout this year, only one company has conducted an IPO, raising funds of Rp300 billion, namely PT BSA Logistic Indonesia Tbk (WBSA). According to the IDX pipeline document for 2026, of these 16 companies, five are mid-sized asset companies ranging from Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion, while 11 are large asset companies exceeding Rp250 billion.
Classified by business sector, there are three companies in the consumer cyclicals sector, three in consumer non-cyclicals, one in energy, one in finance, four in health, two in infrastructure, and two in technology. Meanwhile, the bond pipeline contains 46 issuances from 31 EBUS issuers. The issuers with the most bonds are in the financial sector with 15 companies, followed by seven in infrastructure, five in energy, two in basic materials, and two in consumer non-cyclicals.
To date, 52 issuances from 35 EBUS issuers have been made, raising Rp57.16 trillion. Furthermore, in the corporate action rights issue pipeline, there is one company from the property and real estate sector. As of 17 April 2026, three listed companies have undertaken rights issue corporate actions, raising Rp3.75 trillion.
For information, compared to the IDX pipeline as of 10 April 2026, there is an addition of one company in the IPO pipeline, while the bond pipeline has added six issuances and three EBUS issuers. Meanwhile, the number of rights issue corporate actions remains unchanged from the data as of 10 April 2026.
IDX Exchange Evaluation Director, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, previously stated that most companies currently in the queue have applied for IPOs using their 2025 fiscal year financial reports, so it is hoped that the IPO realisations can take place at the latest by June 2026. βAt the maximum by June 2026, it will depend on the speed of their responses to us. If they promptly provide responses, of course the process on our side will be faster,β he explained.
