PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) has disclosed that seven companies are in the pipeline to conduct initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Indonesian capital market as of 28 August 2026.

“To date, there are seven companies in the IDX share listing pipeline,” said IDX Director of Corporate Assessment Saidu Solihin in his statement in Jakarta on Saturday.

Of the seven companies in the IPO queue, Saidu revealed that three are large-asset companies with assets above Rp250 billion, two are medium-asset companies with assets between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion, and two are small-asset companies with assets below Rp50 billion.

The asset scale classification of these companies refers to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017.

In terms of sector, Saidu detailed that four of the seven companies in the IPO queue are in the healthcare sector, one is in the primary consumer goods sector, one is in the energy sector, and one is in the industrial sector.

As of 28 August 2026, the IDX reported that seven companies had completed IPOs with total funds raised amounting to Rp2.16 trillion.

Accordingly, the total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market currently stands at 963 companies.

Meanwhile, the IDX recorded the issuance of 122 emissions from 62 issuers of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) with funds raised amounting to Rp112.00 trillion as of 28 August 2026.

Up to that period, Saidu revealed that there are 14 emissions from 9 EBUS issuers currently in the pipeline to issue EBUS emissions, comprising various sectors.

Meanwhile, for rights issues or pre-emptive rights (HMETD), 15 companies have carried out rights issues with a total value of Rp15.85 trillion as of 28 August 2026.

In the rights issue queue, there is one company that will carry out a rights issue, namely from the property sector.
