Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) has revealed that three companies currently in the pipeline are set to conduct their initial public offerings (IPO) in late June or early July 2026. These three companies consist of one company in the consumer non-cyclicals sector and two companies in the healthcare sector.

“There is one company in the consumer non-cyclicals sector that has already received principle approval from the exchange, and two companies in the healthcare field that have a high potential to receive principle approval this month. All three plan to be listed in late June or early July 2026,” stated the IDX Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, to the media in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The IDX revealed that a total of twelve companies were in the IPO pipeline as of 5 June 2025. Meanwhile, regarding the other nine issuers, Nyoman stated that their status is still undergoing evaluation and document review.

The total of 12 companies in the IPO pipeline as of 5 June 2026 represents a decrease from the 15 companies reported in the previous IDX report on 22 May 2026. Regarding the three companies that cancelled, Nyoman explained that some were revising their financial statements, some required additional documentation, and others had not yet been approved.

“Some are revising financial statements using the latest reports, some still require complete documentation, and some have not been approved,” said Nyoman.

So far this year, up to 5 June 2026, one company has conducted an IPO on the Indonesian capital market. Consequently, the total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market stands at 957 to date.
