PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) has successfully listed seven companies through initial public offerings (IPOs) as of 10 July 2026. IDX Corporate Assessment Director Saidu Solihin revealed that four more companies are currently in the queue to conduct IPOs on the Indonesian capital market. “As of 10 July 2026, seven companies have been recorded listing their shares on the IDX, raising funds of Rp2.16 trillion. Currently, there are four companies in the IDX’s share listing pipeline,” Saidu said in a statement received in Jakarta on Sunday. Of the four companies in the IPO queue, Saidu disclosed that two are large-scale asset companies with assets above Rp250 billion, while two are small-scale asset companies with assets below Rp50 billion. The classification of company asset scale refers to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017. In terms of sector, Saidu detailed that two of the four companies in the IPO pipeline are from the healthcare sector, one from the primary consumer goods sector, and one from the basic materials sector. As of 10 July 2026, the total number of listed companies on the Indonesian capital market stood at 963, with a target of reaching 1,100 companies by 2030. For the issuance of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), the IDX recorded 109 emissions from 59 EBUS issuers, with funds raised amounting to Rp100.12 trillion as of 10 July 2026. Up to that period, Saidu revealed there are still 12 emissions from 11 EBUS issuers in the pipeline, spanning various sectors. Meanwhile, for rights issue actions, four companies have completed rights issues with a total value of Rp3.89 trillion as of 10 July 2026. In the rights issue pipeline, there is one company from the property sector preparing to carry out a rights issue.
