The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has successfully listed seven new companies through initial public offerings (IPOs) up to 10 July 2026. Director of Corporate Assessment at IDX, Saidu Solihin, revealed that four more companies are currently in the pipeline to list on the Indonesian capital market. “As of 10 July 2026, seven companies have listed their shares on the IDX, raising a total of Rp2.16 trillion. Currently, there are four companies in the IDX’s listing pipeline,” Saidu stated in Jakarta on Sunday. Of the four companies in the IPO queue, Saidu detailed that two are large-scale companies with assets above Rp250 billion, while two are small-scale companies with assets below Rp50 billion. This asset scale classification refers to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation Number 53/POJK.04/2017. In terms of sector, Saidu specified that two of the four companies in the IPO pipeline are from the healthcare sector, one is from the primary consumer goods sector, and one is from the basic materials sector. As of 10 July 2026, the total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market reached 963, with a target of reaching 1,100 companies by 2030. Regarding the issuance of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), the IDX recorded 109 issuances from 59 EBUS issuers, with total funds raised amounting to Rp100.12 trillion as of 10 July 2026. Saidu noted that there are still 12 issuances from 11 EBUS issuers in the pipeline, spanning various sectors. Meanwhile, for rights issue actions, four companies have completed rights issues with a total value of Rp3.89 trillion as of 10 July 2026. One company from the property sector is currently in the rights issue pipeline.
