IDX: Four Companies in IPO Pipeline

Seven companies have conducted initial public offerings (IPOs) up to 10 July 2026. Four companies are currently in the pipeline to conduct an IPO on the Indonesian capital market.

“As of 10 July 2026, seven companies have listed their shares on the IDX, raising funds of Rp 2.16 trillion. Currently, there are four companies in the IDX’s share listing pipeline,” said PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Director of Corporate Assessment Saidu Solihin in a statement received in Jakarta on Sunday, 12 July 2026, as quoted by Antara.

Of the four companies in the IPO pipeline, Saidu revealed that two are large-scale companies with assets above Rp 250 billion, while two are small-scale companies with assets below Rp 50 billion. The asset scale classification refers to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation Number 53/POJK.04/2017.

In terms of sector, Saidu detailed that two of the four companies in the IPO pipeline are from the healthcare sector, one is from the primary consumer goods sector, and one is from the basic materials sector.

As of 10 July 2026, the total number of companies listed on the Indonesian capital market is 963, with a target of reaching 1,100 companies by 2030.

For the issuance of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), the IDX recorded 109 issuances from 59 EBUS issuers, with funds raised amounting to Rp 100.12 trillion as of 10 July 2026. As of that period, Saidu disclosed that there are still 12 issuances from 11 EBUS issuers in the pipeline, spanning various sectors.

Meanwhile, for rights issue actions, four companies have conducted rights issues with a total value of Rp 3.89 trillion as of 10 July 2026. There is one company in the rights issue pipeline, which is from the property sector.
