IDX EGMS Appoints Alex Widi Kristiono as Commissioner
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), in an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), agreed to appoint Alex Widi Kristiono as Commissioner. The appointment follows the resignation of Oki Ramadhana as Commissioner of PT BEI, as he has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA).
“The member of the Company’s Board of Commissioners who has been officially appointed at the meeting is Mr Alex Widi Kristiano,” said BEI President Director Jeffrey Hendrik during a press conference following the EGMS in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Jeffrey explained that the appointment of Alex Widi Kristiano was also stipulated in a Financial Services Authority (OJK) Decree on 4 August 2026. Alex Widi Kristiano will therefore continue the remaining term of the commissioner he replaces, namely the 2024-2028 period.

For information, Alex’s professional career began with serving as Vice President of PT Pangansari Utama from 2003 to 2009. He then became Senior Manager of Business Development South Asia at PT Cabot Indonesia from 2009 to 2011. Subsequently, Alex was entrusted as CEO of the Food Solution Group at PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk from 2011 to 2013. Alex then pursued a career in the capital market sector, serving as Director of PT Indo Premier Sekuritas from 2014 to 2022. After that, Alex joined Mandiri Sekuritas and was appointed Director of Operations at Mandiri Sekuritas on 6 September 2022, and currently serves as the acting President Director of the company.
