Regarding corporate actions, PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA) has secured a new contract for the procurement of electrical panels for the CGK5 and CGK7 data centre projects owned by BDx Data Centres. The contract was officially signed on 25 September 2026 and involves no affiliation with the employer.
This contract expands SEMA’s business scope from electrical panel manufacturing to the data centre infrastructure supply chain. This move aligns with the company’s strategy to diversify into the energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
In terms of order sustainability, the CGK5 project in Karawang is being developed as a hyperscale campus with a gradual capacity of up to 290 MW IT load. The project has also secured a PLN electricity supply of 385 MVA. As construction proceeds in stages and requires large-scale electrical infrastructure, future capacity expansions have the potential to create additional needs for panel and switchgear procurement.
Furthermore, PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) recorded revenue of USD 1.50 billion in the first half of 2026, a 30.66% year-on-year increase compared to USD 1.14 billion in the same period the previous year. The company’s net profit also rose 45.03% to USD 219.96 million from the previous USD 151.67 million.
Revenue growth was primarily driven by the coal mining segment, which recorded a 31.08% year-on-year increase in sales. The export market was the main contributor with sales value of USD 884.85 million, while domestic sales reached USD 610.43 million. The higher net profit growth compared to revenue growth was supported by business expense control. Operating expenses only increased by 6.66% year-on-year, while general and administrative expenses fell by 10.16%. These conditions drove GEMS’s operating profit to surge 49.39% to USD 298.64 million, though performance was slightly pressured by a foreign exchange loss of USD 6.43 million.
On the other hand, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) has received effective approval from the OJK to conduct a Rights Issue (PMHMETD) I. In this action, VKTR will issue up to 15 billion new shares at an execution price of Rp200 per share, with total potential funds reaching Rp3 trillion.
Approximately 66.86% of the net proceeds from this corporate action will be used as capital injection into Sarana Ekomobilitas Indonesia (SEI). These funds will support the purchase of electric vehicles from VKTR for the 2026-2027 period. The remaining funds will be used for working capital, including the procurement of electric vehicle inventory such as buses, trucks, transporters, and electric forklifts.
The rights issue ratio is set at 35:12. Shareholders who do not exercise their rights could face a maximum dilution of 25.53%. In this action, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) did not exercise its rights and transferred all its rights of 3.66 billion shares, valued at Rp732.13 billion, to Bakrie Capital Indonesia (BCI). BCI, along with Biofuel Indo Sumatra (BIS), will act as the standby buyer. The trading and execution period for the rights issue is scheduled for 12-23 October 2026.
