Jakarta — PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA) has secured approval from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to carry out a 1-for-2 share split. In a disclosure, the company said the approval was set out in an IDX letter dated 5 October 2026.

The construction services issuer said the proposed share split was being considered as a step to make its shares more affordable for investors and support greater trading liquidity on the IDX.

On 18 September 2026, PBSA held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) on the share split, which shareholders approved.

As a result, PBSA’s nominal share value will fall from Rp50 to Rp25 per share. The company’s authorised capital totals Rp480 billion, divided into 19.2 billion shares, each with a nominal value of Rp25.

Following the split, the number of PBSA shares issued and paid up will rise from 3 billion to 6 billion.

Trading in the shares at their new nominal value will begin on the regular and negotiated markets on 14 October 2026, and on the cash market on 16 October.
