IDX Adds Three New Issuers to High Shareholding Concentration List

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), in coordination with the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), has updated its list of shares exhibiting high shareholding concentration, adding three new issuers. The new additions are PT Asia Sejahtera Mina Tbk (AGAR), PT Alakasa Industrindo Tbk (ALKA), and PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk (BKDP).

Previously, 51 stocks were included on the High Shareholding Concentration (HSC) list. With the inclusion of these three companies, the total number of issuers that have appeared on the IDX’s HSC announcement has risen to 54.

According to the IDX-KSEI announcement, as of 31 July 2026, AGAR’s shares had a concentrated ownership level of 99.32%. Meanwhile, ALKA recorded a shareholding concentration of 98.21%, and BKDP stood at 95.45%.
