To mark the upcoming Idul Adha 1447 H, PT Karya Citra Nusantara (KCN) has distributed sacrificial animals to communities in Cilincing and Marunda, North Jakarta. This year, the company delivered a total of 33 animals comprising seven cattle and 26 goats.

The distribution is part of the company’s annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, aimed at fostering harmonious relationships between KCN and its stakeholders and the communities within its operational areas.

The seven cattle were donated to various institutions and community groups, while the 26 goats were widely distributed to security personnel and local communities, including Kalibaru, Cilincing, and Marunda police stations, Mako Pasmar 1, Tanjung Priok Port Police Resort, several neighbourhood associations in Marunda and Cilincing, LMK Cilincing, Al-Alam Mosque in Cilincing, STIP Jakarta, Marunda and Cilincing subdistrict offices, and the Indonesian People’s Fishermen Community.

KCN’s Public Relations Officer, Bella Mardiana, affirmed the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable social benefits to surrounding areas, expressing hope that the aid would strengthen communal solidarity, particularly among North Jakarta’s coastal communities.

KCN’s port construction project is ongoing in phases and is scheduled for completion by 2026.
