IDSurvey Group Transports 1,400 Returning Holidaymakers to 10 Destinations
IDSurvey Group, together with its three business entities—PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, PT Sucofindo, and PT Surveyor Indonesia—continues to actively participate in the annual Joint Mudik Programme (Mudik Bersama BUMN) as part of its commitment to corporate social and environmental responsibility and delivering tangible benefits to society.
The Joint Mudik Programme is a strategic initiative organised collaboratively by state enterprises alongside various stakeholders to deliver safe, comfortable, and affordable travel for returning holidaymakers. In 2026, the programme targets the transportation of over 100,000 migrant workers to various regions across Indonesia using buses, trains, and ships.
This year’s implementation is supported by innovation in the form of integrated migrant database systems across state enterprises and the Ministry of Transportation, using a single national identity number (NIK) to prevent duplicate registrations and improve participant data accuracy. Through this integration, the programme is expected to run more effectively, target beneficiaries more precisely, and prioritise safety, comfort, and efficient management of state resources.
In implementing the 2026 Joint Mudik Programme, IDSurvey Group is transporting 1,400 participants from various sections of society. Participants include members of the general public, residents from areas surrounding the company’s operational regions, and IDSurvey frontline workers such as security personnel, receptionists, cleaning staff, and drivers.
To ensure smooth travel, IDSurvey Group is providing 22 bus units and train services to multiple destinations across Indonesia. Bus services will serve ten destinations: Semarang, Yogyakarta (southern route), Yogyakarta (coastal route), Wonogiri, Solo/Surakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Lampung, Palembang, and Padang, whilst train services will operate to Surabaya.
The departure schedule for returning holidaymakers is set to begin on 16 March 2026 for train departures from Pasar Senen Station in Jakarta, whilst bus departures will commence on 17 March 2026 from Ring Road Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan, Jakarta, and from the offices of IDSurvey Group entities.
IDSurvey CEO Arisudono Soerono stated that IDSurvey Group’s participation in this programme forms part of the company’s commitment to continue delivering impactful social contributions directly to society whilst supporting the smooth flow of national holiday travel.
“The Joint Mudik Programme represents a tangible expression of IDSurvey Group’s commitment to delivering benefits to society, particularly in helping returning holidaymakers travel back to their hometowns safely, comfortably, and affordably. We hope this initiative will make it easier for people to celebrate Eid with their families,” Arisudono said.
At the entity level, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Director General R. Benny Susanto affirmed that BKI, alongside IDSurvey Group, continues to strive to deliver social contributions that directly address community needs.
“The Joint Mudik Programme is presented as a safe, comfortable, and efficient travel solution, enabling society to reunite with family on the day of celebration more easily and comfortably,” Benny added.
In line with this spirit, PT Sucofindo (Persero) Director General Sandry Pasambuna stated that the programme is expected to provide ease for society in undertaking holiday travel in a more organised manner.
“The Joint Mudik Programme provides a better-organised transportation alternative for returning holidaymakers to reach their hometowns. Beyond offering safe and comfortable travel, the provision of shared transportation is also expected to help reduce private vehicle usage on roads,” said Sandry Pasambuna.
Complementing the initiative, PT Surveyor Indonesia affirmed its role in supporting smooth holiday travel through various services provided by the company. PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Director General Fajar Wibhiyadi stated that the programme focuses not only on the departure of returning holidaymakers but also on service support for society more broadly.
“As part of the IDSurvey Group holding, PT Surveyor Indonesia plays a role in ensuring that Indonesia’s holiday travel season runs smoothly through our support in the transportation sector, particularly in railway and bus services, as well as halal assurance services and telecommunications to support public health,” added Fajar.
Through synergy amongst entities within the IDSurvey Group ecosystem, the programme simultaneously forms part of the company’s efforts to optimise sustainable resource management, improve community welfare, and support inclusive economic growth.
As the holding company of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services in Indonesia, IDSurvey continues to commit to delivering various social programmes that provide tangible benefits to society whilst strengthening the role of state enterprises in supporting sustainable national development.
