Identities of four of six U.S. soldiers killed in Iran's drone strike on a U.S. military facility in Kuwait

The United States Army on Tuesday (3 March 2026) announced the identities of four U.S. soldiers killed in the war against Iran following a drone attack on a U.S. military facility in Kuwait. Of the six American service members who have died so far, the four identified are members of the Army Reserve unit from the state of Iowa. The military said on Tuesday that the four were killed when a drone struck a U.S. military facility at Shuaiba Port, Kuwait, on Sunday 1 February 2026. The U.S. Department of Defence (Pentagon) said the four soldiers were aged between 20 and 42 and were stationed with the 103d Sustainment Command, Des Moines, Iowa, which is part of the military’s global supply operations. The military identified the four reserve soldiers as: 1. Captain Cody A Cork (35) of Winter Haven, Florida 2. Sergeant Noah L Tiegens (42) of Bellevue, Nebraska 3. Sergeant Nicole M Amour (39) of White Bear Lake, Minnesota 4. Sergeant Declan J Cody (20) of West Des Moines, Iowa.
