ICON Relies on Subsidiary Business Optimisation to Boost 2026 Performance
PT Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk (ICON) is optimistic about boosting the performance of its subsidiary, PT Patra Supplies and Services (PSS), throughout 2026 by optimising business potential at existing operational locations. The company has raised PSS’s revenue target to Rp274 billion this year, up from the initial target of Rp238 billion. Management stated that increased business activity at several existing sites has opened the opportunity for additional revenue of approximately Rp36 billion. This strategy will be pursued without any new expansion or investment, relying instead on maximising the capacity of assets and facilities already in operation. Meanwhile, another subsidiary, PT Bhumi Lestari Makmur (BLM), is continuing efforts to sell its remaining villa and condotel units in Bali. The company is currently in discussions with potential investors and does not believe that issues regarding land ownership friction between local communities and foreign investors in Bali will affect buyer interest. In a public presentation on 31 July 2026, management confirmed that no new capital expenditure is allocated for 2026, with the focus remaining on operational efficiency and the completion of the Bali property sales to support the group’s full-year financial targets.
