ICC 2026 Successfully Held, Unites Cross-Sector and Produces 667 Real Action Commitments for Transformation
The Indonesia Coaching Conference (ICC) 2026 was successfully held on Saturday (27/6/2026) at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta. Carrying the theme ‘Coaching The Next Human Transformation’, ICC 2026 became the largest coaching event in Indonesia, bringing together more than 200 participants from various backgrounds. ICC brought together professional coaches, corporate leaders, HR practitioners, entrepreneurs, academics, community members, government officials, consultants, and change agents to discuss the role of coaching in driving individual, leadership, organisational, business, and future transformation. This year, ICC 2026 featured various speakers from across sectors, including Joseph Bataona, Salman Subakat, Febrina Orsida, Joerg Sauer, Mariani Ng, Dessy Arnas, Sunil Tolani, Prasetya M. Brata, Ari Wibawa Mukti, Dewi Okta, Abimanyu, Fiona Wang, Miftahuddin Amin, Al Falaq Arsendatama, Anna Febriana, Alfia Wardah, Wisnu Dewobroto, Tom MC Ifle, Hadi Kuncoro, Prof. Meyliana, as well as figures from the Indonesian coaching ecosystem such as Bambang Yapri, Adang Adha, and Ewink SAY. The presence of speakers from diverse backgrounds demonstrated that coaching is no longer understood merely as an individual development approach, but also as an important part of strengthening leadership, organisational culture, business growth, education quality, public services, and social transformation. ICC 2026 produced an output of 667 Real Action Commitments for Transformation from the participants. These commitments symbolise that transformation does not stop at inspiration and discussion, but needs to be translated into small, conscious, and sustainable real steps. The event, initiated by Asia Coach Indonesia (ACI) and Asia Coach Network (ACN), served as a cross-sector meeting space to strengthen the coaching ecosystem in Indonesia. Through a series of inspirational sessions, panel discussions, talkshows, and coaching practice sharing, ICC 2026 presented important conversations about how coaching can help individuals, leaders, organisations, and businesses grow more consciously, adaptively, and impactfully. Positive responses came from the speakers involved in ICC 2026. One of the speakers, Sunil Tolani, expressed his appreciation for the quality of the event’s organisation. Ari Wibawa Mukti from PLN also gave a positive impression of the forum. He described ICC 2026 as a cool and inspirational event. According to him, the sessions presented opened new perspectives and added insight into how more leaders can grow and nurture others through coaching. ICC 2026 took place amidst a situation where technology, artificial intelligence, business disruption, and changes in work patterns are moving increasingly fast. Many organisations have invested in systems and technology, yet the biggest challenge remains human readiness. In this context, coaching is seen as a strategic approach to building self-awareness, leadership, collaboration, resilience, and adaptability. The forum raised five main pillars of transformation: Personal Transformation, Leader Transformation, Organisation Transformation, Business Transformation, and Future Transformation. These five pillars illustrate that major transformation always begins with people: from how a person knows themselves, leads others, builds organisational culture, develops business, to preparing for a future increasingly influenced by technology and AI. Through ICC 2026, Asia Coach Indonesia and Asia Coach Network hope that the coaching ecosystem in Indonesia will continue to grow and be able to contribute more broadly to improving the quality of people, leadership, organisations, businesses, communities, and public services.
