ICC 2026: An Effort to Drive Indonesia's Human Transformation
Amidst accelerating technology, business disruption, and changing ways of working, a significant question arises: how can we ensure that humans remain at the centre of transformation?
To address this challenge, the Indonesia Coaching Conference (ICC) 2026 will serve as a national coaching forum, bringing together corporate leaders, HR practitioners, entrepreneurs, academics, professional coaches, and change agents on a single collaborative stage. Carrying the theme “Coaching The Next Human Transformation”, the conference will be held on 27 June 2026 at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta, featuring more than 30 national and international speakers.
These speakers will share insights, experiences, and best practices regarding human transformation in a constantly changing era. ICC 2026 is a collaborative initiative organised by Asia Coach Indonesia, Halo A Coach (haloacoach.id), and the Asia Coach Network (ACN). These three organisations share a commitment to developing the professional coaching ecosystem in Indonesia and Asia, as well as expanding public access to coaching approaches as a means of individual, leadership, organisational, and business development.
Why attending ICC 2026 is important: Technological changes and artificial intelligence are not only altering work processes but also how humans think, learn, lead, and interact. While many organisations invest in technology, the greatest challenge lies in human readiness. ICC 2026 addresses this need through coaching approaches that have proven effective in helping individuals, teams, and organisations increase self-awareness, strengthen leadership, build collaborative cultures, and accelerate adaptation to change.
The conference offers practical insights applicable to both professional and organisational life. Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from ministers, CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs, academics, and internationally certified coaches; understand how coaching is used in various transformations; witness live coaching demonstrations; expand professional networks; and explore the development of AI and the future of the coaching profession in the digital era.
As keynote speakers, ICC 2026 will feature national leaders and inspiring figures, including the Minister of Manpower and the Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Sandiaga Uno. The opening talkshow will also feature Joseph Bataona, Salman Subakat, and Febrina Orsida. Their presence demonstrates that coaching is no longer just a tool for individual development but has evolved into a strategic approach for building organisations, businesses, and the nation.
The conference will focus on five main pillars of transformation:
Personal Transformation: Focusing on self-awareness, growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability, featuring speakers such as Joerg Sauer, Mariani Ng, Dessy Arnas, PCC, and Sunil Tolani.
Leader Transformation: Discussing how coaching serves as a foundation for leadership to create independent and competitive teams, featuring Prasetya M Brata, Ari Wibawa Mukti (Director of MHC PLN), Dewi Okta, Abimanyu, and Fiona Wang.
Organisation Transformation: Exploring how a coaching culture enhances agility and engagement, featuring Miftahuddin Amin, Al Falaq Arsendatama, MCC, and Anna Febriana (Director HC Mayapada Health).
Business Transformation: Highlighting coaching as a catalyst for innovation and growth, featuring Alfia Wardah, Wisnu Dewabode, and Tom Mc Ifle.
Future Transformation: Exploring the importance of the human edge, creativity, and empathy amidst AI and technological advancements, featuring Hadi Kuncoro and Prof. Meyliana.
Furthermore, the Coaching Ecosystem session will bring together leaders from various coaching associations in Indonesia, including Bambang Yapri (ICF Indonesia Charter Chapter), Adang Adha (APCI), and Ewink SAY (Asia Coach Network), to discuss the profession’s development and its contribution to Indonesia’s human resource quality.
