ICC 2026: An Effort to Drive Indonesia's Human Transformation

Amidst accelerating technology, business disruption, and changes in the way people work, a major question arises: how can we ensure that humans remain at the centre of transformation? Answering this challenge, the Indonesia Coaching Conference (ICC) 2026 is presented as a national coaching forum that brings together corporate leaders, HR practitioners, entrepreneurs, academics, professional coaches, and change agents on a single collaborative stage. Carrying the theme ‘Coaching The Next Human Transformation’, this conference will be held on 27 June 2026 at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta, featuring more than 30 national and international speakers. They will share insights, experiences, and best practices for human transformation in an ever-changing era. ICC 2026 is a collaborative initiative organised by Asia Coach Indonesia, Halo A Coach (haloacoach.id), and Asia Coach Network (ACN). These three organisations share a commitment to developing a professional coaching ecosystem in Indonesia and Asia, as well as expanding public access to coaching approaches as a means of individual, leadership, organisational, and business development. Technological change and artificial intelligence are not only altering work processes but also the way humans think, learn, lead, and interact. Many organisations invest in technology, yet the greatest challenge lies in human readiness. ICC 2026 is here to address this need through a coaching approach that has been proven to help individuals, teams, and organisations increase self-awareness, strengthen leadership, build a collaborative culture, and accelerate adaptation to change. This conference offers not only inspiration but also practical insights that can be directly applied in professional and organisational life. As the conference opener, ICC 2026 presents national leaders and inspirational figures who will share perspectives on Indonesia’s transformation from various angles. Among them are the Minister of Manpower, the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Sandiaga Uno (via video recording), as well as an opening talk show featuring Joseph Bataona, Salman Subakat, and Febrina Orsida. The presence of these figures demonstrates that coaching is no longer merely a tool for individual development but has evolved into a strategic approach for building organisations, businesses, and the nation. ICC 2026 presents five main interconnected pillars that represent the journey of transformation from the individual to the future of the organisation. Personal Transformation: True transformation always begins with oneself. This pillar discusses building self-awareness, a growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to adapt in the face of change. This session features figures such as Joerg Sauer, Mariani Ng, Dessy Arnas, PCC, and Sunil Tolani, who will share experiences regarding personal transformation journeys and their impact on life and career. Leader Transformation: In the modern era, leaders are no longer solely tasked with managing performance but also with developing people. This pillar presents Prasetya M Brata, Ari Wibawa Mukti (Director of MHC PLN), Dewi Okta, Abimanyu, and Fiona Wang, who will discuss how coaching becomes a leadership foundation capable of creating more independent, collaborative, and competitive teams. Organisation Transformation: Organisational culture is a determining factor for long-term transformation success. Through sessions with Miftahuddin Amin, Al Falaq Arsendatama, MCC, and Anna Febriana (Director of HC Mayapada Health), participants will learn how a coaching culture can improve agility, engagement, and organisational performance. ICC 2026 also features a special Coaching Ecosystem session that brings together leaders of coaching associations in Indonesia, represented by Bambang Yapri (ICF Indonesia Charter Chapter), Adang Adha (APCI), and Ewink SAY (Asia Coach Network).
