iCar V23 Performance Test 0–100 km/h: 7.4 seconds
iCar V23 is an electric SUV with a retro-modern look that has drawn attention on the road. The combination of the boxy design typical of classic SUVs with a futuristic touch makes this car stand out from most electric vehicles. The test was conducted on a safe, relatively empty track to ensure optimal measurement results. At the time of testing, the car was stationary with the total weight of the driver and passenger around 119 kilograms. To obtain accurate data, the Kompas.com team used a Racelogic device to measure 0–100 kilometres per hour (km/h) acceleration records. The first test was carried out in Comfort mode. The iCar V23 recorded a time of 7.4 seconds to reach 100 km/h. For 0–60 km/h, Comfort mode recorded 3.7 seconds, while Sport mode was faster at 3.5 seconds. In character, Sport mode felt more responsive with a more spontaneous or punchy initial pull. Overall, the test results, together with the Kompas.com team, align with the manufacturer’s claim that the iCar V23 variant iWD can complete 0–100 km/h acceleration in around 7.5 seconds.
