IBRA sues Artha Swadaya

JAKARTA (JP): The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA)
said on Wednesday it had filed a bankruptcy petition against PT
Artha Swadaya with the Jakarta Commercial Court following the
latter's failure to repay outstanding debts worth Rp 14.107
billion (US$1.43 million) and $3.097 million.

The debts originated from closed banks or banks taken over by
IBRA including PT Bank Asia Pacific and PT Bank Namura
