IBM launches Windows NT

JAKARTA (JP): IBM launched yesterday software products for businesses that use the user's work to make, install and manage their business applications.

The company's business solution manager Ivandeva Irwantoro said the products would reduce the time wasted and cost of using software for Windows NT.

"The new software will deliver manageability, reliability and ease of use to customers, regardless their operating systems. It will help the consumers in expanding their business," Ivandeva said.

He said the IBM Suite for Windows NT is aimed at branch offices, divisions and small and medium companies, while the IBM Enterprise Suite for Windows NT is for big companies and enterprises. (gis)
