IBK Foundation Signs MoU with BBPVP Serang to Enhance Human Resource Quality in Banten
The Indonesian Movement for Sharing Kindness Foundation (IBK) has officially established a strategic partnership with the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Centre (BBPVP Serang) to improve human resource competencies and empower the community’s economy.
This synergy was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday (10/8/2026) at the BBPVP Serang office.
In a written statement on Tuesday (11/8/2026), the MoU was signed directly by Fatchul Hidayat as Chairman of IBK, and Ady Nugroho, M.Sc., Ak. as Head of the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Centre. The signing was also witnessed by BWA CEO M. Ichsan Salam, and Chairman of BWA-IBK Banten Area, Nana Sujana.
This collaboration is focused on organising vocational training, competency development, certification, job placement, and entrepreneurship empowerment, to support the success of the IBK Academy Programme.
The IBK Academy Programme is described as an initiative of the IBK Foundation that aims to improve community competencies, reduce unemployment, and encourage economic empowerment and human resource quality.
Through the partnership with BBPVP Serang, various training programmes will be implemented, covering the improvement of knowledge, skills, work attitudes, soft skills, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, philanthropy, management, and other strategic competencies agreed upon by both parties. This step is expected to produce a generation that is competent, independent, and globally competitive.
