IAS Group Strengthens Transformation and Synergy to Support SOE Agenda
Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS) has reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating business transformation and strengthening synergy among its subsidiaries through a leadership meeting themed ‘Uniting Steps to Build Synergy’. The move is designed to support the state-owned enterprise (SOE) transformation agenda initiated by Danantara and the Ministry of SOEs. The meeting, attended by President Director of PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (InJourney) Maya Watono, the IAS board of directors, subsidiary leaders, and IAS Group management, served as a forum to align the company’s strategy with government policies aimed at building healthy, competitive, adaptive SOEs capable of creating added value for the national economy.
InJourney President Director Maya Watono stated that the consolidation undertaken by IAS forms a crucial foundation for building a stronger aviation services company capable of responding to the dynamics of the aviation industry. ‘The consolidation steps being carried out by IAS are an important foundation in building a stronger, more agile aviation services company that can respond to the ever-evolving dynamics of the aviation industry,’ Maya said. She stressed that the transformation encompasses not only the merging of business entities but also a shift in mindset, improvement of human resource quality, and strengthening of corporate governance. According to her, IAS has the potential to become a world-class single aviation services company with international service standards. Maya also emphasised the importance of commitment from all IAS personnel to operational excellence and customer service, prioritising a spirit of Zero Tolerance Operational Failure.
Meanwhile, IAS President Director Tri Andayani called on all IAS Group leaders to strengthen collaboration and remove barriers between business units to ensure the integration process runs more effectively. According to Tri, the acceleration of the merger must be accompanied by an adaptive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture to create a more efficient and globally competitive aviation company. ‘We are fully committed to completing the IAS Group integration process so that it can give rise to an aviation company that is stronger, more efficient, and capable of becoming a world-class player with the best service standards,’ she said. During the meeting, IAS Group also evaluated the company’s performance and discussed strategic steps to address challenges in the aviation industry, including strengthening the implementation of post-consolidation transformation across various business entities. The company stated that the integration is being carried out to improve operational efficiency while strengthening capabilities in providing integrated aviation services, ranging from ground handling, cargo and logistics, hospitality, and operation support, to property services. Furthermore, IAS Group reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, risk management, digital transformation, human resource development, and service quality improvement as part of efforts to support the SOE transformation agenda and bolster the competitiveness of the national aviation industry.
