I am proud of the Police

I am proud of the achievements of the police. On one side the
police have begun to "clean-up" and on the other side they are
enhancing their performance.

The East Java Police, for instance, has succeeded in
accomplishing a simulation to save a hostage from a group of
terrorists (Surabaya Post, March 1).

Unfortunately, in the picture on page 8, I saw the word CIA,
which aroused my curiosity. Was the East Java Police being taught
by the CIA? Or were the anti-terrorist police proud to be wearing
the CIA caps?
