Hyundai provides free replacement vehicles for customers during repairs
Jakarta — Vehicles requiring extended service at repair centres often pose a significant inconvenience for car owners, particularly when repair work extends beyond a single day.
This situation can disrupt daily activities as vehicle owners lose their primary means of transportation.
To address this issue, Hyundai offers a courtesy car service, providing replacement vehicles to customers whose cars require extended repairs at official service centres.
“A replacement vehicle is provided for every vehicle whose repair cannot be completed on the same day,” explained Wahyu in South Jakarta on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
He elaborated that this facility has been arranged to ensure customers maintain mobility whilst their vehicles remain at the service centre for repairs.
“Because customers still need transportation and mobility,” said Wahyu.
This replacement vehicle service can be utilised when a vehicle requires repairs that demand substantial time, such as body work or repairs to specific components.
