Hyundai Prepares Replacement Vehicles for Servicing at Official Workshops
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia continues to strengthen its after-sales services by introducing a replacement vehicle programme for customers servicing their cars at official workshops.
Through the Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car Programme, consumers can continue their activities without disruption even if their vehicles need to stay overnight at the workshop.
This programme is part of the myHyundai Care service ecosystem, designed to provide a more comfortable and worry-free vehicle ownership experience.
Notably, Hyundai offers various replacement vehicle options, including electric vehicles such as the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
Even customers with conventional engine (ICE) vehicles have the opportunity to experience driving an electric car as long as units are available at the dealership.
“Through the Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car Programme, where we have prepared more than 250 vehicles across selected dealer networks, we ensure that customers can continue their daily activities smoothly, even when their vehicles require longer servicing times,” said Kenny Lee in Jakarta on Thursday (15/4/2026).
“This initiative is a tangible manifestation of Hyundai’s commitment to continuously improving service quality and delivering the best experience for customers,” he added.
“The Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car Programme ensures that customers can continue their activities while their vehicles are staying at the workshop,” said Frans.
“By providing models like the Hyundai Ioniq 5, we not only offer practical convenience but also open opportunities for more customers to experience driving Hyundai’s electric vehicles,” he stated.
With support from more than 250 vehicles in the dealer network, Hyundai ensures that this programme runs optimally and provides real benefits to customers.
This programme can be enjoyed by all Hyundai customers at official workshops across Indonesia, without restrictions on vehicle year or mileage.
However, there are several main conditions that must be met:
The vehicle undergoes general repair (general repair) for more than 1x24 hours
Or body & paint repair for more than 14x24 hours
Maximum borrowing duration of 17 days, with possible extensions subject to dealer approval
Replacement vehicles can be models such as the Hyundai Creta, Hyundai Stargazer, up to the Ioniq 5, depending on availability
