If you are mentally weak, you must always be on your guard to
prevent yourself from being hypnotized by a crook.

Usually, the crime is committed like this: First the crook
will pat you on the shoulder. The moment you get this pat, you
will lose your consciousness and be under the control of the
crook. To avoid this, you must pay attention to the following:

1. Only people who are relatively weak mentally can be
hypnotized. That's why most of the victims are women.

2. Usually the crook will observe his would-be victim before
using his hypnotic powers.

3. During this observation, he will weigh up whether or not he
will be strong enough to control the subconscious mind of his
would-be victim.

4. To ensure that you will not be hypnotized, pray before you
leave home. If possible, say a prayer while holding your breath.
Repeat this prayer on the way, particularly if you happen to come
across some suspicious-looking persons.

5. Make sure that you do not leave your mind blank, feel worried,
easily despair, lose peace of mind and so forth.

6. Strengthen your subconscious mind by doing an exercise devised
to allow you to gain control over it. This exercise will make you
impervious to hypnotism while developing your mental and physical
aspects.

Choose a practical exercise which you can perform easily and
quickly so that you can practice it regularly, even during your
hectic days.
