Hypertension and diabetes dominate JKN participants in Madiun
The Madiun branch of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Kesehatan has noted that hypertension and diabetes mellitus are the most frequent diseases treated under the National Health Insurance (JKN) programme in the region.
The Head of BPJS Kesehatan Madiun, Wahyu Dyah Puspitasari, stated that the trend of hypertension and diabetes diagnoses among JKN participants continues to dominate year after year. Additionally, heart disease remains one of the most common cases found in healthcare facilities.
