Husein Sastranegara Airport 95% Ready for Reactivation

Commander of Husein Sastranegara Air Base, Air Commodore MD Irman Fathurrahman, stated that the readiness of Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung to welcome the reactivation of flights has reached 95 percent. A number of supporting facilities, such as parking areas and traffic management, have already reached 98 percent. “As of now, both the international terminal and the domestic terminal (of Husein Sastranegara Airport) are around 95 percent ready,” Irman said when met at the Husein Sastranegara Air Base Office in Bandung, West Java, on Thursday (23/7/2026).
