Hundreds of Officers Deployed to Monitor the Fitness of Sacrificial Animals in Bandung

Veterinarians from the Bandung City Food Security and Agriculture Service (DKPP) are examining the health of sacrificial animals at one of the sacrificial animal sales centres in Bandung, West Java, on Wednesday (13/5/2026). The Bandung City Government is deploying 184 officers to check the health and suitability of sacrificial animals, both before and after slaughter, to ensure that all sacrificial animals circulating in Bandung are in healthy condition and fit for sacrifice on Eid al-Adha 1447 H.
