Hundreds of Homes in Petogogan, South Jakarta Submerged by Flooding as Water Levels Reach One Metre
Residents were seen going about their daily activities as floodwaters submerged settlements in the Pulo Raya area of Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Friday (20 February 2026).
The flooding, which reached approximately 30 to 50 centimetres in depth, was caused by intense rainfall in the area. Water levels in some parts of the neighbourhood reportedly reached up to one metre, affecting hundreds of homes in the densely populated district.
