The state’s commitment to providing protection for the personnel of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Navy (TNI AL) is being reinforced through a range of social security services, benefit payments, and social and environmental programs. In 2025, PT Asabri recorded disbursements of hundreds of billions of rupiah in benefits for participants from the TNI AL, while expanding social collaboration with naval units across the country.

CEO of PT Asabri, Jeffry Haryadi, said the duties of Navy sailors who must be at sea demand courage and resilience, including readiness to leave family behind to defend the sovereignty of the country.

“Serving as a TNI AL sailor stationed at sea requires courage, resilience, and a willingness to leave family on the mainland to safeguard every waterway of the Nusantara. Therefore, ASABRI is here to uphold the nation’s trust, to ensure that as they protect the country, ASABRI protects their future and that of their beloved families,” Jeffry said.

Throughout 2025, Asabri continues to strengthen understanding of participation through various outreach activities. It is recorded that the company conducted 32 outreach activities, both face-to-face and online, with TNI AL work units and the Association of Navy Veterans through 33 Asabri branch offices across Indonesia.

As part of its commitment to providing accessible and impactful services, Asabri also continues to accelerate benefit disbursement to participants from the TNI AL during 2025.

For Old Age Savings, Asabri has disbursed more than Rp152 billion to more than 5,000 beneficiaries. In addition, Work-Related Injury Insurance benefits have been paid to more than 50 recipients with a total amount of more than Rp7.5 billion. Meanwhile, Death Insurance benefits have been paid to more than 270 beneficiaries with a value of more than Rp13 billion.

In the pension service, ASABRI paid Pension Security benefits to more than 58,000 recipients with a total value of more than Rp184 billion. In addition, Cash Value of Pension Contributions has also been provided to more than 114 recipients with a total of more than Rp3.5 billion.

According to the company, these figures are not merely nominal figures, but a form of homage as well as assurance of peace of mind for Navy personnel and the families who receive benefits. All these benefit payments refer to Government Regulation No. 102 of 2015, which has been updated through Government Regulation No. 54 of 2020.

Not only focusing on individual financial protection, the collaboration between Asabri and the Indonesian Navy is also realized through various social and environmental programs.

Through the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment Programme (TJSL) during 2025, Asabri together with the Indonesian Navy are running the Asabri Action Programme to Preserve and Protect Coral Reefs and a renovation program for patient rooms at the Lanal Palu Health Centre through the Healthy and Prosperous Programme.

The programs are seen as part of support for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in environmental and social aspects.

“The synergy that has been built is tangible evidence that the relationship between Asabri and the Indonesian Navy is a form of humanitarian and environmental collaboration that we carry out to ensure that the values of sustainability and Asabri’s benefits can be felt by a broader ecosystem, and in line with the dedication of the sailors who are also ASABRI participants,” added Jeffry.

Looking ahead, Asabri states it will continue to introduce service innovations through easier access, high-quality services, and benefits that have a real impact for participants and their families.
