Hughes wins RI project

TORONTO (Reuter): Hughes Aircraft of Canada Ltd. said its
Hughes Canada Systems Division has won a C$20 million contract to
upgrade the Jakarta Air Traffic Control Center at the Soekarno-
Hatta International Airport in Indonesia.

"This first contract represents our entry into a long term
relationship with Indonesia and future growth in the all
important Asian market."

Hughes is a unit of GM Hughes Electronics Corp.
