Huawei Launches Latest MiniFTTO Products, Bridging the "Last Mile" Towards an Intelligent World
Barcelona, Spain, (ANTARA/PRNewswire)— At MWC Barcelona 2026, Huawei eKit unveiled a new portfolio of MiniFTTO products offering superior network experience. Through enhanced user experience, simplified installation processes, and intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) capabilities, the product launch demonstrates Huawei’s systematic innovation and scenario-based solutions through three products: StreamerKit, GS-PON optical gateway, and 3-in-1 optical AP.

GS-PON Optical Gateway and StreamerKit: Overcoming Uplink Barriers for Smoother Network Experience
The StreamerKit F700C and GS-PON optical gateway F1001 introduced by Huawei utilise industry-leading symmetric 2.5G PON technology. With upstream and downstream bandwidth each reaching 2.5 Gbit/second, these latest products increase upstream transmission capacity by 100%. The devices not only meet service requirements such as live streaming, video conferencing, and cloud backup but also provide additional capacity for future applications including 8K ultra-HD and VR/AR.
In terms of features, StreamerKit is equipped with a live streaming acceleration engine and AI-based roaming algorithm. The device intelligently recognises live streaming services and dynamically prioritises traffic flow, reducing disturbances such as choppy images. Meanwhile, the AI-based roaming algorithm employs AI-guided fast network switching mechanisms to enhance seamless roaming experience, ensuring stable connections for video conferencing and live streaming.
3-in-1 Optical AP: Single Fibre Optic Cable for Multiple Services, New Standard for Hotel Networks
For multi-service network access scenarios, such as hotel rooms, Huawei eKit has also launched the latest 3-in-1 optical AP F601D. This device supports telephone services, Wi-Fi, cable internet access, and IPTV through a single fibre optic cable, significantly reducing cable installation costs and network construction time. Thanks to this design, overall network costs can be reduced by approximately 30%. Additionally, the new device is 40% smaller in size, enhancing room appearance whilst improving installation efficiency.
