Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 Confirmed to Arrive in Indonesia

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Huawei Device Indonesia Senior Retail Manager Edy Supartono confirms the premium True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5, the successor to Huawei FreeBuds Pro 4, will arrive in Indonesia.

“Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 is a premium freebuds that offer outstanding audio and a dual-driver acoustic system and is also equipped with Active Noise Cancellation,” Edy said after the launch of Huawei Mate X7 and Huawei WATCH Ultimate 2 in Jakarta on Thursday.

According to him, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 can be used for up to 38 hours. The device will be available in four colours, possibly Sand, White, Grey, and Blue.

However, Edy did not share information on the launch date nor the price of the premium TWS.

If we refer to the product released earlier in China, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 will use the Kirin A3 chip.

One of the interesting features of this TWS is support for lossless audio streaming up to 4.6 Mbps thanks to the presence of the chip.

FreeBuds Pro 5 is compatible with various audio codecs, including AAC, SBC, LDAC, and L2HC.

In terms of connectivity, the earbud supports Bluetooth 6.0 and multi-device connection.

The device has IP57 rating and the charging case meets IP54 rating.

When first launched in China, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 5 was priced at 1,449 yuan or Rp3.5 million.
