Huawei Cloud Stack: "All for AI", A New Era of Intelligent Technology
Shanghai, (ANTARA/PRNewswire) - During the HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 event, the Huawei Cloud Stack Summit adopted the theme “Agentic Hybrid Cloud: Powering a New Era of Intelligence,” bringing together leading companies from around the world. Participants discussed new trends in digital infrastructure and AI, while sharing real-world experiences regarding AI implementation to enhance productivity across various industries.
Deterministic Hybrid Cloud Architecture as a Foundation for Enterprises in the Agentic AI Era
Antonony Gu, President of Huawei Hybrid Cloud, delivered a keynote presentation at the event. He outlined three fundamental shifts occurring in the era of agentic AI:
A change in business execution actors: moving from humans running applications to a collaboration between humans and AI agents, as well as between agents (agent-to-agent/A2A). AI agents are now expanding at scale as a new class of digital workers.
A change in resource provision: AI agents are task-oriented and require pre-packaged, ready-to-use computing, data, and models. Resource provision is shifting from layer-by-layer assembly to integrated capabilities organised based on AI agent tasks.
A change in managed objects: the focus is no longer solely on traditional IT resources, such as computing, data storage, and networking, but is shifting towards AI computing, data, and models. Managing these resources through separate systems has the potential to create new IT silos.
To address these changes, Huawei Cloud introduced the ‘architectureNext’ hybrid cloud, which is ready to support AI agents. This architecture includes four key capabilities: agile and elastic cloud infrastructure that evolves by unifying general-purpose computing and AI; an AI-native capability centre connecting data, computing, and tokens; an agent-native platform for developing and running AI agents at scale; and intelligent operational capabilities and comprehensive security covering the entire AI agent lifecycle. Antonony Gu stated, “As the adoption rate of AI agents continues to increase over the next three to five years, deterministic hybrid cloud architecture becomes a clear path for enterprises in the agentic AI era.”

Technologies such as NPU pooling and memory snapshots can increase computing utilisation from 30% to 70%.
