HSC List Released, Share Prices Immediately Fluctuate

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The movements of nine shares with high shareholding concentration (HSC) exhibited sharp volatility up to the second trading session on Monday (6/4/2026). Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), there are nine issuers with ownership concentrations by certain groups exceeding 95 per cent. These issuers include PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) with a concentration of 95.47 per cent, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) at 97.75 per cent, and PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS) reaching 98.35 per cent. Meanwhile, PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO) has a concentration of 95.35 per cent, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) at 95.76 per cent, and PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) at 97.31 per cent. The LUCY share strengthened by 9.76 per cent to Rp1,125 following the HSC release by the capital market authority on Thursday (2/4/2026). At the start of trading today, the LUCY share price was pressured down to around Rp935 before reversing direction and strengthening. Meanwhile, the AGII share rose 2.70 per cent to Rp3,420. The share movement was sideways at first before surging to the intraday high of around Rp3,520, then experiencing a slight correction and consolidating in the Rp3,400 range. In contrast, the SOTS share faced considerable pressure with a 14.58 per cent decline to Rp820. The price briefly surged to Rp960 but could not hold and reversed downwards due to selling activity. Selling pressure also hit the MGLV share, which weakened 10 per cent to Rp4,230. Since the start of trading, this share trended downwards and tended to stagnate at lower levels. A similar condition was seen in the ROCK share, which fell 11.04 per cent to Rp1,975. After briefly touching Rp2,230, the share reversed direction and experienced a gradual decline. The Abadi Lestari Indonesia share or RLCO also corrected by 14.23 per cent to Rp5,275.
