HSC Issuer to Visit the Exchange Today
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Acting President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jeffrey Hendrik, said the exchange would hold a meeting today, Thursday 21 May 2026, with one High Shareholding Concentration (HSC) issuer.
He said the HSC issuers meeting with the exchange are discussing efforts to distribute a larger portion of share ownership to the public.
“Perhaps they want to discuss how to take steps to distribute more of the ownership to a broader public, that is all,” Jeffrey said at the BEI Building on Thursday 21 May 2026.
However, he declined to disclose which issuer was set to meet BEI today. Jeffrey noted that, during the week, there had been only one HSC issuer meeting with the authorities.
“Let them disclose to the public if they wish; we are not in a position to reveal the identities,” he said.
