HSBC 2026 Paves the Way for Indonesian Student Basketball Teams to Compete in Asia
South Tangerang (ANTARA) - The national finals of the High School Basketball Championship (HSBC) 2026, which took place from 13-17 May 2026 in South Tangerang, Banten, has paved the way for high school basketball teams to represent Indonesia at the Asia Pacific championship in Singapore next June.
“All schools have the opportunity to participate in this event every year. Therefore, we hope that each school will prepare well so that new champions can emerge from other schools and try to compete in the Asia Pacific,” said the Head of the HSBC 2026 Organizing Committee, Murni Setionegoro, when met at the championship venue on Sunday.
HSBC 2026 was held as part of a tiered development program that brings together potential athletes with a competitive atmosphere to compete at the international level.
“Participants from the Singapore Asia Pacific championship will come from 13 countries, including Indonesia,” said Murni.
