PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (stock code: HRTA), an integrated Indonesian gold jewellery and bullion manufacturer, has announced positive performance achievements. Following solid financial performance and sustainable business growth, HRTA successfully approved a dividend distribution through the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of Rp40 per share from the 2025 fiscal year, representing a dividend yield of approximately 1.8% based on a share price of Rp2,300, with a dividend payout ratio of 18.83%.

On a quarterly basis, the company’s revenue in Q1 2026 was recorded at Rp20.16 trillion, representing a 196.96% growth compared to Rp6.78 trillion in Q1 2025. Net profit also increased significantly by 189.48% to Rp433.49 billion in Q1 2026, up from Rp149.75 billion in the same period the previous year. This growth was supported by a 75.18% year-on-year increase in pure gold sales volume to 7.83 tonnes, alongside a 71.01% increase in the average selling price (ASP) to Rp2,567,213 per gram.

In terms of business segments, sales were dominated by the wholesale segment, contributing 90.60% to total revenue, including contributions from bullion bank financial institutions and several Sharia banks, followed by the retail segment at 9.13% and the pawnshop segment at 0.26%.

The President Director of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk, Sandra Sunanto, stated on Wednesday (3/6) that these achievements reflect the company’s strong business fundamentals and the success of its strategy to integrate a business ecosystem designed to strengthen HRTA’s position in the national gold industry. “The positive growth at the beginning of this year demonstrates the effectiveness of the business strategies implemented by the company in capturing market opportunities amidst global economic dynamics,” Sandra said during a Public Expose held following the 2025 AGMS and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

Regarding financial performance, Hartadinata Abadi also recorded a brilliant performance for FY25, achieving record-high financial results. The company’s revenue in 2025 rose to Rp44.55 trillion, a 144.39% year-on-year increase from Rp18.23 trillion in 2024. Meanwhile, net profit reached Rp978.49 billion in 2025, up 121.29% year-on-year from Rp442.18 billion in 2024, explained Finance Director Ong Deny.

To support sustainable business development, the company has integrated every stage of the manufacturing process into a single connected ecosystem. This strategic move is supported by an increase in production capacity to 60 tonnes per year, covering the manufacturing of gold bars, gold jewellery, and gold refining businesses. HRTA also continues to expand its business network, currently operating 85 Hartadinata Abadi outlets and 138 Hartadinata Abadi Pawnshop (GHA) outlets across Indonesia. Furthermore, HRTA is enhancing product accessibility through the launch of the HRTA Gold ATM, a modern gold purchasing solution for the EMASKU® product, currently available in strategic locations in Bandung and Jakarta.

In line with these efforts, HRTA is currently undergoing the process to obtain certification from the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). The company also plans to expand its distribution network by increasing the number of Hartadinata Abadi stores across various regions in Indonesia. “With solid business fundamentals, an extensive distribution network, and an integrated upstream-to-downstream business ecosystem, the company is optimistic about maintaining growth momentum and creating long-term value for all our stakeholders,” added Sandra.
